With her
incredible talents for capturing the mastery of true-life drawings and
paintings, Jean Eastman has gained national and international acclaim
for her outstanding works of art. She is building an incredible reputation
for her realistic detailed works and vivid use of colors. Jean has been
featured on Fox Sports, had artwork appear in world publication magazines,
fished with legends such as Bill Curtis, and most important, has fished
or has been part of numerous winning boats in fishing tournaments.
Jean was
born in Flint, Michigan and grew up in North Canton, Ohio. She grew
up with a love for art, animals and sports. Jean’s dedication for
excelling was evident, as throughout her life she had been awarded numerous
sports and art scholarships. After graduating from Kent State University
with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Graphic Design and Illustration, she
decided to move to Florida to further her career in art, fishing, scuba
diving, boating and staying warm.
What sets
Jean apart from the other artists in the world is her ability to work
in many different mediums that include oil, watercolor and pencil. Her
artwork can range from highly detailed paintings, drawings, and murals,
to loose abstract renderings. Many of her buyers and collectors are
further discovering her talents with commissioned artwork that adds
that personal touch or captures those special times in their life.
With her
artwork being sold and collected throughout the World, Jean is establishing
herself as an artist that collectors are saying, “When you
